Yep — that’s normal. Prime Surveys (and other offer walls) sometimes ask for your email before starting and surveys can time out or fill up while you navigate away, so the survey disappearing usually means the slot closed, not a site bug.
What to do:

No — if it vanished before you entered your email it's usually just that the slot timed out or filled, not a permanent problem for future surveys.
What to do: go back to Earn → Prime Surveys and try again. If you completed it but didn’t get credit, check My Profile → Held Offers. If still missing, contact Prime Surveys support with screenshots.
Tip: copy your email to clipboard/notepad beforehand so you don’t leave the survey page.
cus ive multiaccounted on gemsloot before and they didnt find out but they did when i withdrew on my 2nd account to same address as 1st
