I'd recommend resetting your device. There have been times where tracking was bad, I reset my phone, and never had issues again

opposite of my experience to be completely real.. everything I have started has tracked on this site since I came back 2 weeks ago.

Of course they do. But you may be stuck in a loop. May have to close the survey and go to the previous Cherry tab. Should only take 5-9 minutes to complete for the measly 300 or so coins they give.
