Common mango allergy signs: itchy/tingling mouth (oral allergy), swollen lips/tongue/face, hives or rash, stomach upset (nausea/diarrhea), sneezing/wheezing, and in severe cases anaphylaxis (trouble breathing, fainting). Mango skin can also cause contact dermatitis (urushiol). For mild reactions antihistamines may help; for breathing trouble use epinephrine and call emergency services. See an allergist for testing.
